By accessing RestoSphere POS, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a restaurant or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts & access

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your restaurant account and branches.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, and package entitlements are governed by your selected package and any order form or invoice terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.
